Privacy notice
StayLingo is an AI guest-messaging service for Airbnb hosts and vacation-rental property managers in Europe. This short notice explains, honestly, what data we collect, where it lives, and how to reach us. It will be updated when we launch payments or any new data processing — we will not quietly expand it.
Who we are and how to contact us

What we collect when you sign up
When you create an account, we collect only what the sign-up form asks for: your name, business name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number as a contact detail, your channel manager (for example Beds24 or Smoobu), and how many listings you have. We use this to set up your account, contact you about onboarding, and confirm your founding rate.
What we never collect
We never ask for, and never collect, your Airbnb password, your Booking.com password, or any channel-manager password. Founding hosts are connected personally, with you — we never ask you to hand over a platform password. We also collect no payment-card details today: no card is taken to start the free week, and we will contact you before any payment is taken.
Where your data is hosted
Accounts and hosting run on Firebase, with data stored in the EU (Firestore region eur3). The website itself is served from Firebase Hosting. Sign-in is handled by Firebase Authentication. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.
Guest messages
When the service is live for a host, guest messages are processed only to draft and deliver replies in the guest's language, to check the host's calendar, and to show the host the conversation in English. Complaints, refund requests, damage reports and emergencies are never auto-answered — they are escalated to the host. We do not sell guest or host data.
How long we keep it, and your rights
Account data is kept while your account is active. To correct it, or to ask for it to be deleted, email hello@staylingo.work.gd from the email address on the account and we will deal with the request. You can also ask us what data we hold about you.
Cookies
The site uses only the cookies and local storage needed for sign-in to work. There are no advertising cookies.
